Exercise

So here I am at 4 weeks out and I have been kicking up my exercise this week!  Done two days thus far of walking/jogging!  I will walk for 5 mins and then jog for 1 min and then today for my last jog I actually jogged for 3 mins straight!! YAY!!  All I kept telling myself while I was going for 3 mins was ONE POUND A DAY!!!  That is what I've been loosing lately so I want to keep that up!!  I really need to get to doing the weights though.  Yeah, I have a goal weight but even more then that I want to FEEL GOOD in my own skin again and I know that using weights will help me feel that!
